A woman of indescribable qualities and a diverse background. Lima (born in 1966) worked as a registered nurse and further developed her skills as an expert by experience in trauma-related issues within mental healthcare. She is a spiritual Birth and Death Doula , known for her sensitivity and calmness
As a Midwife of the Soul she embodies the deep wisdom embedded in North European Shamanic traditions. Her roots have always been in shamanism, yoga, and tantra.
Lima is known as a bold woman, who can lovingly cut through untruths by accessing her clairvoyant qualities. It is this feminine clarity that inspires the individuals, couples or groups she works with.
Medicine Woman & Ancenstral Healing
Lima's first love in her life was dance and shamanism, plant medicine, and working with the energy of birth and death. This was literally part of her lineage, as her aunt inspired her to follow this path. Over time, becoming a birth and death doula was only a natural step onto this journey.
However, One of her spiritual guides is her grandmother in the fifth generation of her family line. To this day, she is full of gratitute for the teachers , seen and unseen ,who walk along her
Multi-layered Bodyworker
Having gained deep experience in energetic, physical bodywork, and holistic breathwork, she has trained in Soft Touch body dearmoring, Vedic Nature Cure.
She is a coach for women and couples also working therapeutically with BDSM and flow bondage, and, together with a team, has organized numerous 7-10 day tantric temple retreats. Meditations
Lima is a devoted practitioner of Vipassana meditation, and Infinite Awareness living.
Through her daily practice, she maintains focus on what's important and what's not, allowing her to remain grounded for the life she is living.
Meditation is the base of her own inner being.
Ceremonial ~ Intimate ~ Conscious
Lima is teaching Biodanza sessions in Zutphen and she is chairwoman of the 'Society of Biodanza-teachers Netherlands'. She graduated as a Biodanza teacher from the School of Utrecht in 2015. She led weekly groups in Zutphen, Uden, and Kevelaer and taught / assisted with year groups.
