Shakti Energy

Shakti (Sanskrit for “power” or “energy”) represents the divine feminine energy.
She's the life force that energizes all beings, encompassing creation, change and liberation. 
Shakti is considered the dynamic energy responsible for all creation, maintenance and destruction.

Equal and Opposite to Shiva:
In some contexts Shiva, the masculine principle of pure conciousness, is considered the counterpart to Shakti both energies are essential for the creation and balance of the Universes.

Different Names and Forms:
Shakti is often represented by various names and forms like Kali, Durga, Parvati and Tripura Sundari ..but the Divine Feminine is know all over the world in different names and forms, each embodying different aspects of her power.
